Through conversations with residents, we know that people have similar expectations and priorities around the country which include:

  • To have repairs completed on time
  • Investment in your home and neighbourhoods
  • Good quality customer service.

Local offers give us an opportunity to track our performance against your priorities and to improve the quality of our services.

Scrutiny Panels

To make sure that we deliver our local service offers in a timely and cost effective way, we recruit local residents' panels to examine our progress and make sure we are accountable to all residents.

These groups are known as 'scrutiny panels'. The panels meet four times a year and those taking part will receive expenses and full training.
